1. General Use Policy

Obtaining or attempting to obtain unauthorized access to protected information, data or pages not specified, designed and/or purposely made available by us under these guidelines is strictly prohibited.
1.2 By using the platform and its services you agree to comply all policies, instructions, notifications and conditions stated here pertaining to the use of our services and access to this platform. This includes, certain revisions, addendum and upgrades we may perform or implement in the coming days which we will publish and/or make available to the public through this platform.

1.3c use another person’s account or identity to access and/or use this platform and any of our services;
1.3d use this platform, its contents or any of its services for illegal purpose and/or for purpose that are damaging to the reputation and integrity of this platform;
1.3e send, post or connect to the platform or its services any illegal or prohibited materials;
1.3f attempt or deliberately disrupt the online accessibility and operation of the platform;
1.3g use of any software, virus or any form of device or material that may damage, fracture, corrupt or compromise the platform’s design, content, data, functionality or privacy either for short term or permanent effect;
1.3h use of this platform to place a false transaction;
1.3i interfere with the platform’s online system, accessibility, functionalities to its users and customers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents, designs, logos and systems put together to form this platform are owned, controlled and licensed by us or by our partners, vendors and service providers. They are not to be copied, used and published illegally outside of the allowable usage by which these materials were designed for their purpose. Any violation shall be shall be pursued legally and accordingly by us.
4. Taiga Products, Description and Contents
All products displayed and listed in our platform are products from our various sellers. Descriptive title, product name and contents may vary depending on how the seller supplied the information to us. Taiga reserved the right to amend, modify or revise any description, name or specifications previously published as a result of data update or to ensure that we will be using the more appropriate and precise information for our users.

While Taiga and our sellers ensure that products listed in our platform are available at the time of listing, certain situations may arise when products on hand upon examination and release are found to be no longer in its sellable condition or when the stock on hand has been disposed. In such cases, Taiga will immediately notify the customer and will recommend options of potentially the same product from a different seller or a similar product of a different make. If these options will not be considered, Taiga will immediately process the refund if the product in question has already been paid.
The prices published and listed in our platform are official when and at the time of online purchase. Prices in this platform do not in any way represent or mirror the prices of our sellers or to any retail store. Prices may be reduced or subject to change without prior notice.
6.1 Products on sale are products that are perceived to have prices that are 30% less or beyond than the market retail price.
6.2 Best deals are products that have prices lower by 20% to 29% from the market retail price.
Taiga do not control the outcome of a products pricing, therefore some products may appear to have prices that are higher than the actual market price depending on where you inquire about the product. No hidden fees will be included or added into the total amount you purchase other than the published prices and shipping fees.
7. User Registration and Authentication
This platform requires you to register your user information when you use areas towards purchasing a certain product or using certain services. We use Facebook and Google to make your registration process easier and hassle free. This process allows us to use your Facebook or Google information to register you as our user and allow you access to all the areas you wish to be within the platform. We also use SMS authentication system to provide you a PIN to key and activate your registration when signing up manually.
Taiga is working with payment solution providers to ensure that customers will have various payment methods available in their payment settlement with Taiga. Upon check-out, please make sure to select your preferred method or inquire from our Customer Care Center representative how you can transmit your payments other than Credit Cards and COD. Customers may opt to use;

9. Ask a Quote
This platform has thousands of products available from our sellers but not all products are listed yet due to processing of content and imaging. Customers who are looking for products other than the ones listed here may inquire and request for a quote by clicking on our Ask a Quote page found at the upper corner of the home page or by sending a message to our Customer Care Center Representative Chat Box found at the lower right corner of the platform. This should take us less than 12 office hours to get back to you for the products you need.
10. Chat with Us
Trained Customer Care Center representatives are constantly live during office hours to attend to your needs and inquiry. To ensure that you get the right products you need and receive it at the right time, customers are encouraged to send us a message via our CCC Chat Room. Messages you type here are safe and confidential. This is to also ensure you get the excellent service you want from us.
11. Return of Merchandise (Policy)
Return of Merchandise is only allowed under the following situations;
11.1 Defective Product – if the product you ordered and received is found to be defective and is not in good order and condition, customers must notify or report this immediately to our Customer Care Center Chat Room or by emailing us at [email protected] within 7 days after the product has been received. We will acknowledge you’re your notification which must contain the transactions reference number, product SKU, date of receipt and the nature of defect. We will promptly process your request and provide you instructions on how the said item should be returned.
11.2 Wrong Delivery – if the product you received is not the correct product you ordered in your shopping cart, customers must notify or report this immediately to our Customer Care Center Chat Room or by emailing us at [email protected] within 7 days after the product has been received. We will acknowledge you’re your notification which must contain the transactions reference number, product SKU, date of receipt and the nature of defect. We will promptly process your request and provide you instructions on how the said item should be returned.
Standard Vendor Warranty applies to all products with warranty particularly for electronics, electrical or motor operated products. Customers may inquire about the warranty details of certain products via chat. Taiga will liase any inquiry pertaining to the warranty of listed products in behalf of our sellers.
13. Shipping and delivery
Taiga has partnered with some of the most reliable couriers to ensure that you may avail the most cost efficient shipping of your orders possible and receive them within the standard delivery period which is 2 to 3 days for NCR, 3-7 days for Luzon and 4 to 10 days for Visayas and Mindanao depending on whether you choose to have your orders via air or sea. On certain isolated cases when a shipment is rerouted or will require a special trip based on its destination, arrival of your order may take a few more days to arrive. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery or if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when Taiga has tendered delivery of the Goods.
14. Freight Collect Option
This platform has a freight collect option especially designed for customers who may prefer to ship their orders via a local shipper or forwarder and pay the shipping fee based on your own arrangement with your nominated forwarder. In such case, once you click the Freight Collect option and selects your forwarder of choice, your shipping fee automatically becomes zero but your order amount must be settled through any payment method except for COD before your order is processed and will be sent to your elected forwarder here in Manila.
Contact details of some active forwarders in your area are available for your reference and validation. If your preferred forwarder is not found on the list, you may inquire and provide instructions to our customer care center representative via chat. Only paid orders will be processed for shipping.
15. Cancellation of Order
In the event the customer wishes to cancel his or her order due to unforeseen reason, the customer will be asked to pay for the ship-back fee and payment will be processed for refund once the order is received back at Taiga’s Fulfillment center in Quezon City. Customer’s must first receive the return approval before shipping back the order to us. Cancellation of order is not encouraged but maybe considered provided the customer sends the request for cancellation within 7 days after the order has been received. Refund of payment will take within 45 days to process. If the order has not yet been shipped in the case of COD or paid, customers may cancel the order through their user dashboard.
16. Responsibility and Limitation
The Images, Content, Services, the Platform and the Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. All data and/or information contained in this Platform, the Services or the Materials are provided only for informational purposes. We do not claim representations or warranties of any kind, stated, implied, express or statutory, including the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby provided in conjunction with the Platform, the Services or the Materials. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we do not warrant timeliness, conciseness, accuracy, completeness, availability of products data or information contained in this platform, the listing and the services.
